Our annual support and maintenance fee includes unlimited telephone or email support, hosting, licensing of Contentor™ our school specific content management system and free upgrades.
You won't be left staring at a blank page - our design fee includes creating your design, creating an initial menu and page structure and entering any content you have already written or which appears on your existing website. A lot of schools ask us how we can provide all this within the prices we charge. Well, we believe that all schools should have affordable access to beautiful, bespoke designed websites that are easy to maintain and update.
To keep it affordable we firstly keep our own costs low by, for example, minimising travel and visits (which also keeps our carbon emissions low). Secondly, whilst we aim to create as many pages and transfer as much existing content as possible to your new website, we may also ask some schools with very large sites to participate in the page creation process. So for example, most school websites are less than 100 pages in total. If you require more, we would show you how to add them yourselves. Similarly, if you have 50 photos for a gallery, we would create the gallery with a few photos for you, then show you how to add the rest.
Again, although this will not affect 99% of schools we work with, by working together in this way, we can keep our prices low for everyone.
