We really want to make your website an ongoing success for you and your school and are always ready to help. As well as answering any questions you may have about how to use our content system, we can also offer general tips, design advice and suggestions for content. Just give us a call!

Always on hand

As industry professionals, we are used to meeting tight deadlines and always put the customer first. However, our staff are regularly reminded of the importance of maintaining a work life balance as part of our core values. Our normal support hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. But we are often available outside these hours and we will do our best to help you. In the unlikely event of a server problem, we will be automatically notified.

Ongoing support

Because we want you to be delighted with your website for many years to come, there is no clock watching here at GSO - the support and maintenance hours included in the annual fee are unlimited. However, we know that you will very quickly be reaping the benefits of being in total control.

In addition, from time to time you will benefit from newsletters giving tips, advice, examples and master classes. If enough schools are interested, there is also the opportunity to attend training sessions, pitched at a variety of skill levels.
