The beautiful spring weather has inspired many schools to launch new websites recently.My favourite design is probably the Enchanted Nursery School – but with a name like that, the scope for design fun is huge! Here’s a selection of other sites we’ve launched in the last six weeks:

If you’re a school which acts as your own admissions authority you are required to publish your admissions policy on the school website. The deadline is 1st May for September 2012 entries. According to a recent article in the TES, schools which fail to do so risk legal challenges from parents. Farewell London School Websites

Farewell LGfL DigitalBrain School Websites Many schools used the LGfL DigitalBrain portal service to provide their school website: But,the portal service ceased on 31st July 2010. Read only access was provided until 31st December, but schools will no longer have access without incurring charges. You can read more on the LGfL website. What’s left is a bit of a mess.
